Today, 20 years ago, I was shooting my first full length feature film. On that day, we put a peace dove on the slate, because the Iraq War had just started.

"Don't look for me" ("Such mich nicht") - turned out to be quite a success: I went to festivals all over the world with it: Shanghai, Cairo, Montreal, Seville and many others - it was shown at the Berlinale and in Cannes. We obtained international distribution for it in the U.S., Japan, Brazil, France, Turkey, Russia and other countries.
