Frank Westphal Fella@StevenBeschloss 100% If laws only apply to some, they are not laws anymore... they are recommendations. And people will act on that according to their own personal interests, instead of collective organization and collective well being. Lawlessness is a path to chaos.
If computer networks didn't use protocols, they would literally not be able to accomplish a SINGLE thing. They would be completely useless and worthless. Every person should spend a month doing IT. Then they would know.
