Don't be too hard on them, I think this is the mall cleaning crew. That being said, not a fan of these things.

@bkm Neither am I. I don't care for Roombas and more than once I've had a customer's one run under foot and drop me.

As for the mall cleaning crew person, I think she's doing a fine job.
