For Faktory Enterprise I’ve been running my own private Docker registry for 3-4 years now using Docker’s Registry:2 image and it has required no admin. Really solid implementation.

@fabionl just a $5 droplet running Ubuntu. It integrates with systemd and starts with the machine.
