Dear people who are not used to moving around near escalators: DO NOT back towards the end of an escalator in a shop while chatting animatedly to your friend and remain oblivious; also DO NOT push your way through the tightly packed crowd near the top of a bank of escalators because you are hindering people and you could cause an accident. We don't have a choice about where to walk when we get off the escalator, YOU DO. Frankly, you shouldn't be allowed outdoors.
