@neildegrassetyson I think what you mean to say is that there is not a defined side permenantly in darkness; but there is always a side that is dark.
@neildegrassetyson Ah, there is always a dark side of the moon - opposite the sun. Once a month during the new moon, this dark side faces earth.
@neildegrassetyson so its helpful to remember that we exist to the darkside of the moon as much as the "dark side" of the moon exists to us.
