Eaton@dangillmor @Popehat while I don’t always agree with some of the priorities and principles he articulates, his clear-eyed and unromantic explanation of the core concepts of laws around free speech, harassment, and so on have always been *top notch*

I wasn't on campus; I wasn't there. That makes it very hard to be able to speak with any accuracy or fidelity about the campus conflict around 1st Amendment.
But this is an excellent summation from the perspective that everyone is being a stupid jerk. And maybe how to be a little less dumb.
