@Jon6705 And yet the cough medicines with DXM in (used & abused by some as a recreational drug) remains on sale. Not an exact science.

It's ridiculous.

Let's hope it's a temporary precaution, and that once a study has been done, Pholcodine will be allowed back on the market, as the risk is so negligable it's hardly worth worrying about.

@Jon6705 Not sure who called this out (surprised if it was the industry itself) but at least they're responding to a concern even if it looks a bit throwing the baby out with the bath water.
