I posted about SCOTOS, a score to sound system from 1977. This Lejaren Hiller retrospective "a total matrix of possibilities" covers computer assisted scores made from 1963 to 1974, so much earlier, but all the orchestration was done by humans, whereas SCOTOS used electric relays to play the notes.

Hiller himself wrote "music composed with computers - a historical survey" , in 1970.
