Does anyone use Apple Notes as their full time note taking app?

I use a combo of notion, standard notes, drafts, and apple notes. I keep thinking that apple notes seems pretty nice - but it seems like the n00b solution. I think i am wrong around this. I thinking about going all in. Thoughts?

(I have tried all sorts of other solutions: logseq, obsidian, roam, etc - mobile sucks on all of them and that is important to me)
