Fox Corp. Senior Vice President Raj Shah in a Nov. 21, 2020, email to producers warned that Powell called Fox prime-time host Tucker Carlson “abrasive" and “disrespectful" during an appearance on Newsmax.

Shah added that Powell’s election fraud claims are “totally insane” and “just MIND BLOWINGLY NUTS.”
