Kat has been back on the #perogi action tonight. Finessing her folding action. (Kat's quite good at this sort of thing anyway, these are basically just stodgy gyoza.)

Tonight they are fried in butter and rendered pancetta fat with crispy pancetta bits and a hint of sage & rosemary.

We have also cooked up the offcut "noodles" — no waste here!

And #perogi dinner! (One plate like this each.)

I'm definitely going to have to do a long day of hard work down on the pub renovation tomorrow.
