So let me state this plainly: Republican policy toward trans people is genocidal. And silence from Republicans who don't directly support this policy is complicity.

Yep. Open genocide. The entire party should be designated as a terrorist organization. They're unable to solve problems so they just cause them to thrive on the energy of the chaos.
