@chadloder Interesting to keep in mind that the Judicial Branch (Article 3) has no resources to enforce their decisions, only the willingness of others to follow the decisions handed down because they have "faith" in the process to fairly represent the people's will.
Once that disappears, I expect the Founders anticipated what would and should happen in correction.
