I've had the crazy idea of travelling to @wceurope by train from here in the UK. It's a 6-day round-trip at a cost of £1,500 (€1,700) including overnight stays in Milan.

Mostly because I'd rather not fly (~8hrs, £400) and have a clearer conscience re climate change.

Am I mad?!

@philipjohn @wceurope Not mad definitely! It’s a shame that it’s so much more expensive. Trip-wise I enjoyed my last train-tour from Sweden to London (23h) very much, but I had both time and good company.
