@AlisonW I don't think about my tasks.
I mean I especially make sure not to think about them and every time my thoughts drift there I will sidetrack myself from it.
I don't know if it's panic, I avoid thinking about this thing because it gives me a cold feeling of dread.
edit: the current thing is a 5 minute call with the telephone. (I am dreading it because rationally analysed I don't know if my voice passes - it's 50/50).
