Halide is definitively my weapon of choice for taking RAW photos with the iPhone. This is 'just' a 12 Pro Max, but it consistently outperforms all my remaining, aging DSLRs by almost every metric, and Apple's Camera app by a wide margin. Really looking forward to a 48MP periscope assembly this year…
Aaron Belich@stroughtonsmith what do you have them sitting on? At first I thought there was a weird filter applied, but no, some glossy/tiles surface is reflecting the shadows it seems. Those are looking nice.
Those have nice, chunky, highlights. Michael of TTR would be proud.
@AaronBelich I followed the TableTopReady method with this batch! The last few I did had one layer fewer of edge highlighting and it just doesn't read from a distance at all. That's the cover of my wet palette, and a block of foam behind. Cuts out nicely with a bit of Photoshop
