@AnthonyCollette It was dark and pouring rain. I first saw the deer as it was flying over my driver's side headlight. It ran straight at the side of my car, tried to jump over it and... didn't make it
@conrad Ugh! One less suicidal deer in the world. Did it take very long to repair your car?
@AnthonyCollette My repair guy said "two weeks to four+ months, depending" (on the supply chain)
He thanked us profusely (and repeatedly) for saying "It is was it is: thank you!" I get the feeling that many empathy-deficient customers have a very different reaction
He had it done in two and a half weeks, and it looks good as new
