hey, calckey devs (I) need rich peoples (people who own a Iphone) help! We need some people who are technical enough that they can help debug issues and report the causes to me. I dont own a iphone myself so I cant do the debugging but maybe someone of yall can,
current issue: the @IceCubesApp login flow using the mastodon api is broken, the login flow on calckey side works perfectly but when one is supposed to return to icecubes, nothing happens. Like I said I cant debug it cause I only have android phones, (the login flow on android works perfectly) and I got it to work for most other iOS apps too. if someone wants to help me debug this, you dont need to write calckey code, I can do that part (I'll credit everyone who helped obviously as co-author) but I cant do the debugging part!
Any input on this, and boosts too, are apprechiated. This is one of the bigger issues that keeps mastodon support for calckey from releasing right now.

@cleo @IceCubesApp I don't have an iPhone but I got a macBook for work. If no one else comes forward, maybe I can try it with the Emulator of xCode.

not sure if its broken on mac, the other issues we had with ios specifically were only on iphones. would prolly be practical as you could spy on the packets send with a man in the middle proxy, what you would need to test: icecubes app and a account on bz.pawdev.me (my instance is the only one crazy enough to run this branch)

@cleo not sure if it helps but I've very recently tried logging in a Calckey instance (13.2.0-dev11) with @IceCubesApp, @tootapp and @metabolist, none worked.

What kind of help/debug info would you like in case I can fish it out for you?

@lamnatos @IceCubesApp @tootapp @metabolist uhh, which instance specifically? not sure if your instances had the fixes already. sorry to bother but can you try again on this instance? what info I need is a description of where the error happened / in which step, and how it looked like for you. if you are more technical, you can try using Xcode maybe to get to the logs of the specific apps, they prolly log some erros which would help me debug

@lamnatos @tootapp @metabolist @IceCubesApp yea, I know the people who run it and can confidently say they didnt had the version I want you to test at the time you tested, because I made the new fixes partially yesterday and partially today. and they sometimes take a bit to fetch newest develop

@cleo @IceCubesApp I used IceCubes a lot when on Mastodon and I’ve been on Calckey.Social exclusively a while now. I’ll install it and see if I can help..
