I had a very strong reaction to the judicial appointments presentation. I thought they were an appalling set of weak second raters which makes me a bad person, I own it.

I was bullied a lot as a child and I react very badly to people trailing their weakness in front of me. Show me your throat and … it’s not kindness you get.

@Shiv5468 I don’t know if that makes you bad. Being a judge requires making hard decisions and demands people draw from vast levels of inner strength to temper their mercy.

@jonconnorton they didn’t strike me as having any inner strength at all.

I was baffled by them. All the silks I know are arseholes. Like, they’ve got an edge and self belief.

@Shiv5468 You can easily. You just have to mimic that. Or go round the side and talk about justice and rights.

Just don’t wear a black cap to meetings.
