@SrRochardBunson The thing is, lying isn't actionable in the U.S.A. Anyone, including professional media, are free to go on the air and say the election was stolen, that the lizard people are taking over Baskin Robbins, or whatever.

The only reason there's a genuine cause of action here is that they (a) broadcast very specific allegations against Dominion, accusing them of criminality, *and* (b) they did it when they knew it was not true.

Without (b), there's no defamation for public figures.
