Esther Crawford, who proudly slept in the Twitter office to meet some arbitrary deadline Elon made up, has apparently been fired. I hope that some day people will understand that killing yourself for your employer is pointless.
@EboMike Not sure why but I don't feel any sympathy for her. How was this supposed to end? Musk has no loyalty to anyone except rightwing extremists and White Supremacists. He doesn't care about his employees.

@kaydenpat @EboMike I don't think we should be celebrating anyone's exploitation. As a foundational principle, I think nobody deserves to be exploited. That some people deserve it is the story conservatives tell us about prison, the fact that it can happen to a tech company's middle manager tells you how easily it happens to everyone except the ruling class.

You don't have to like her or justify any action she may or may not have taken to say what happened to her shouldn't happen to anyone.

@ostrich @kaydenpat @EboMike I think the point is that she wasn't just exploited. She was cheering it on. So you're right, that we should have sympathy & solidarity for her plight, both before and after termination. But also, reflection on her earlier attitude is a learning moment, both for her and for others, and as such, deserves to be broadcast.
@ostrich @kaydenpat @EboMike She was the exploiter, not the exploited.
@ostrich @kaydenpat @EboMike No one suggested it should be celebrated.
