Watched #TheStrays on Netflix and am completely confused.

It started off great with a comment on the inequalities in our society based on race and skin colour but then went on to perpetuate every negative stereotype about people of colour and women.

It didn’t explore why Cheryl did what she did and just painted her as an uncaring psychopath, rather than possibly the traumatised victim of domestic abuse.

Confusing as the director is black.

Am I missing something?
