@caseyliss Oh boy. These descriptions are perfect!

As a Dutch immigrant into the USA, I am a fan of both sports. My NFL team is the 49ers, but being also Dutch I have to root for Verstappen.

Let me explain: It is not often that a Dutchie dominates in a sport on the world stage. So this is a big deal for the Dutch. We know he’s not the most likable. But he is the best, so most Dutch support him. Except for my little brother; he likes Ferrari & likes to be tortured 🙂

@caseyliss you’re not wrong. Verstappen’s dad isn’t very likable either. So compared to everyone around him he turned out alright? 🙃 Good thing it isn’t a likability contest. I guess every story needs a villain.
