Managed a project related to cloud desktops that will net us lots of business. Tech lead on an extremely high-visibility project that was related to ALL endpoints.

AND doubled down on my MacAdmin work by getting added as an author on the Mac compliance project AND the CIS benchmarks, and did presos for both.

Result: the same “bonus” as last year and essentially a CoL raise

@jmahlman Managing people is not as fun as it seems. Been doing it for the last 7 years and still miss being an individual contributor. But yeah, most companies don't value their in-house talent. That said, no matter how much I disagree with my bosses, they consistently show they care about the folks doing good work.
