I’m waiting at the airport to pick up a rental car. There’s a long line, moving very slowly. When I made the reservation online I put in all of my information, as I assume did everybody else who’s waiting. My question to the staff behind every car rental counter across the world is this: WHAT ARE YOU TYPING??
