Rain slowed for a few minutes.

Time to run out to the driveway and swap out a dead headlight bulb in the fancy car.

Fairly easy fix: Worst part just figuring what bulb to buy. Then use tip of pocket knife to depress retaining tab and disconnect power connector, push in on base of old bulb and remove, stare at old bulb filament to find tiny break, then put the new bulb into headlight, reconnect.

Turn on headlights, see 2 bright spots on garage door, and call it done.

Went out to garage to hang up the bulb package with the unused bulb up high on the pegboard over the workbench.

Staring up there. Oh, there was already a package with a spare bulb? I had one already? When did I get that?

Dim memory of driving to an auto parts store 5 years ago. Yeah? I did do that! Ha!
