@npr Yup. This wouldn't work for all businesses of course, but we've squashed it down to just two days a week. We work like maniacs for two 12 hour shifts, and then have 5 days to recover and do our own thing. It's great. Productivity is the same. Profitability is up because of increased efficiency. Workers have far more time off and its contiguous time so they can actually do something other than eat, sleep, and get dressed for work.

@npr I’ve worked several jobs that had 4-day work weeks and it was the best. I had time for friends and hobbies and didn’t see a downside to my productivity.
