Interesting... "digital nomads" are beginning to have real societal and economic impacts in the countries they occupy. A new age problem where IT workers are living abroad for periods of time with disproportionate spending power over the locals, driving housing and living costs in the area. I'm gonna guess it was much less of an issue pre-covid but now there's entire offices worth of people moving around for periods of work abroad.
