There are signs in Japan whose origin… I question. Such as the sign in the toilet cubicle in a mall that appears to forbid… in this women’s restroom… projectile peeing, taking particularly stinky… or hot… dumps and… band practice. Or the sign in the airport lounge that says not to plug hair driers or shavers into the seat power sockets.
OK, the UK is not without signs that trigger many questions 🤔
@elizabethtasker In all my years here and with all my interest in the toilets, I’ve never seen the band practice one before!!
@sheepchase @elizabethtasker I posted that exact same photo back last year or so, it’s always so eye catching isn’t it 😂
@pippa @elizabethtasker How many times must band practice have been happening before they decided, “we need a sign to stop this atrocity”?
@sheepchase Yokohama. That’s where the toilet shows are going down!
@elizabethtasker Right, I’ll schedule a research trip!
@elizabethtasker you know it’s happened before otherwise they wouldn’t need a sign prohibiting it. 😂🎸🚽
@elizabethtasker As the sign says, take your questions to the security center. 😉
@elizabethtasker - Maybe you could recruit someone to venture into a men's room and see if the signs are the same...or if there are any signs at all? Because if you take all these precious things away from us in our Special Room, what's to stop us from just going in the hallway??? (Also, with the possible exception of band practice, how are they going to know what people do in the pooper? Please tell me they do not have cameras! Please!)
