@seldo As far as I can tell, only one billionaire and his fan mob have ever used that phrase. I could be wrong, but I spent a couple of hours trying to run it down a month or two ago.

@seldo Although on two seconds' further thought it's clear that even if they don't use the phrase, they damn well use that mode of thinking. And they might be using the phrase, too, and I didn't find it.
