Okay… I love my bread maker machine. It’s easy to use, it makes my house smell wonderful, the bread is delicious, and it’s probably healthier than the shit you’d buy at the store unless it’s $10 a loaf!!! 🍞🤩😋

@marioguzman Probably the best purchase I’ve made since the start of the pandemic has been a fancy Zojirushi bread machine.

I get truly excellent bread, and not hard to make at all.

@marioguzman the husband makes our own bread, it’s a delightful delicious alternative to the grocery store garbage full of chemicals and preservatives.
@marioguzman which one do you have? We had a Breville, and didn’t use it much. I’d love to go back to making bread regularly though!
@lamperti I have a Kitchenaid bread maker. 😊
@marioguzman nice! Any issues/missing features? Will reconsider buying one 🤔
@lamperti Well I really haven't had others so not sure how to really compare it. But I mean, it makes my either white or wheat bread and it's good so I'm good with it! 😊

@marioguzman Bread machine are one of those gadgets I recommend to everyone.

Fantastic bread, especially for those of us with allergies (seriously, why do they have to put dairy and soy in everything these days?!), but also great for making things like pizza dough, mochi, noodles (spaghetti, udon, etc), or even non traditional things like soups, sauces, and even rice if you don’t have a rice cooker.

@marioguzman I went gluten-free years ago but the rest of the house eats it occasionally. We had a loaf of white bread sitting on the counter for SIX MONTHS! No mold, it was just a bit dry. I thought of putting it in our emergency preparedness supply but my better half said otherwise.
