How do you all organize your material? Specifically the stuff that isn't on album pages.

The vast majority of my collection is in 102 dealer cards and #3 glassines in long carboard boxes. My eventual plan is to create album pages, but they will be fully custom and more along the lines of an exhibit in binder form...so I only want to do that once.

The more I learn about my Austria material, the more variations there are - so I'm hesitant to really start nailing down an arrangement and and spend money on good paper and mounts...so I keep filling things away in my present system. At the rate I get things done, I'll die and leave a post-it note saying something to the effect of "will eventually get around to album pages but haven't translated Ferchenbauer yet..."
A few of my collector friends sort of poke fun at me because of this arrangement...but I don't feel ready for album pages. I don't know when I will be. When I joined my local club, there were selveral members that just seemed completely flabbergasted that I had zero interest in the Scott album pages that were up for sale at club auctions...when I told them I don't presently use albums, that it's mainly dealer cards and Vario stock pages...it was met with visible confusion.
Anywho - just curious what the rest of you are doing and if there's anyone in the same boat as me on this issue.
@turngren_phila i use Vario pages in binders too. I don't want album pages because maybe I'll never fill that page up and then it'll have weird blank spaces and I don't really collect like that anyhow. And i like being able to organize my stamps according to how I want
@turngren_phila I’m of the Vario stock pages and binders school. I have several albums, both from starting young and gifts, but I haven’t added to them in a long time. Much of my stuff though is not yet in the pages.
@turngren_phila I make my own pages. That way I don’t have to settle for a set of pages that don’t fit my collecting style.
