Hope everyone who's been shrugging off the GOP strategy to criminalize health care it doesn't like (see: abortion, trans rights) is happy with themselves, because it's not stopping there https://www.ktvb.com/article/news/local/capitol-watch/idaho-lawmakers-introduce-legislation-to-criminalize-those-who-administer-covid-vaccines-legislature/277-2436a514-e7da-4b31-9762-f9be10300075
@parkermolloy If the bill is enacted into law it will probably be challenged in court and struck down.
@springforward Probably. But the courts are kind of just doing whatever they want these days.
@parkermolloy Unfortunately Trump and the Federalist Society damaged our judicial system by appointing right wing judges who, in some instances, seem to be guided by ideology rather than neutrality and objectivity. The effects will be felt for a long time. For example, in the Dobbs decision we saw how precedent was tossed aside as a guiding principle, and the fundamental right of a woman to autonomy over her own body was ignored in the legal analysis.

Not sure why.
