@mercedesallen Politically, people who complain about “cancel culture,“ are the same people who revere the “free“ market. All cancel culture is, is the free market of ideas valuing, or devaluing, some ideas over others.
@mercedesallen The heart of a story like this is an artist's willingness and ability to listen and grow. Imo this is the sort of thing that keeps artists relevant over time.
