How long does it usually take you to complete a job application from scratch? Inc. writing, proofing, editing, getting feedback etc. [For context we're asking because we're seeing a lot of jobs lately saying they'll close vacancies early if they receive 'enough' applications]

Withholding the most important piece of info about a job and expecting people to invest time & energy applying doesn’t show them respect
@AECOM should update the ad to include salary, re-advertising if necessary in case applicants who would have applied discounted it
