Innocuous In Innisfil Has MovedMy wife comes from a family of quilters; grandmother, great aunts, aunts & cousins. After we married (Aug 1978) she started a quilt but it got put aside because life got in the way. The pieces were stored in a bin for 4 decades. At a family gathering, unfortunately a funeral for her great aunt who was a prolific quilter, she asked a cousin for help to complete her quilt. The finished product arrived this morning after 4 months of hard work by a group from Simcoe County.
Our new family heirloom is proudly displayed in a prominent spot in our basement, away from windows to protect it from fading.
