@pvolo Nice ... I really like the term 'anti-patterns' as opposed to 'bad habits' -- I've noticed its use in lots of thought-leaders writings and appreciate it as a self-care term.
Do you know where it originated? (I guess I can also search google for that question :D )
@pvolo Hehehe - It's been around since 1998 ... Well sometimes it takes me a while to catch up. Well I like the term and to me it doesn't apply blame :P
