Creating hate is the conservative way, their substitute for competence.

I think its ambiguous in that it could be
"We need to leave this behind, its not a sustainable strategy"
Or
"We need to increase our efforts to get more white men angry"

I have seen both interpretations
Either way its a reflection on an insight into the hateful, destructive and cynical politics of the right
