#privilegeproblems i like eating arugula at lunch but i don't want to keep buying more plastic packaging so i got a bunch from the farmers market but i need to wash it and i hate having to wash the salad spinner every day but whenever i try to wash it all at once it doesn't dry properly before i have to store it so it goes bad faster so i just don't go through the trouble of eating it so it goes bad anyway so WHAT DO I DO 😭
@jackaponte grow arugula. keep it alive and only harvest the leaves that are ready to harvest. you should be able to grow it indoors.
@mk30 @sweetpea this would be a good choice wouldn't it... and yet... #lazyaf

@jackaponte it's sort of a "set it and forget it" thing with planting seeds or starts. much later, if they grow, you'll be like "hey i have arugula!"

but i have no intermediate solutions for you. i don't know if you're in the bay still, but i think berkeley bowl used to have "bulk" greens like arugula. you still put them in a plastic bag, but at least you can get the quantity you want.
