@stux however I think you do need to shoot them down, or they might send more all over the place. better to stop this nonsense when they're still "stray" balloons, but not to wait for any "stray" aircrafts to show up.
and the last thing I want is Mein Führer poking hornet nests all day long and pissing everybody up, leaving our common folks to bear the consequence.  someone should keep he on leash
