We want #RSCPoster to be an inclusive event, connecting researchers from around the world to share their work.

While #RSCPoster takes place on Twitter, we are happy for participants to cross-post their posters to other social media platforms.

We're happy for anyone to engage in discussion with members of the community that use other social media platforms but please note that prizes will only be awarded based on participation on Twitter, so please also tweet your poster to be eligible.

I will be taking part in the #RSCPoster event on Mastodon as much as I can and one of our judges and organisers, @polymerreaction, is prominent in the fediverse so will likely be getting involved too!

Some other people associated with the RSC will be taking part on LinkedIn too!

@chemistry #chemistry #chemiverse

@EllisCrawford @polymerreaction @chemistry This is an awesome idea on so many levels! I hope there will be a strong showing on Mastodon; we'll definitely post our posters (not poly though).
@EllisCrawford you should be the first Chemistry society to abandon Twitter.
@aspuru @EllisCrawford I've already suggested RSC should set up their own server for RSC members to join.

@macinchem @aspuru

I have my own personal thoughts on the matter (and they hew pretty close to someone who primarily uses the fediverse!) and I will be interested to see what comes from the discussions across the organisation that are being undertaken.
