On a cool crisp autumn morning I arrived at Trillium Lake in darkness. As first light came, fog was rising off the lake and I was presented with this view of Mt. Hood reflected in the calm waters of the Lake.

In my 2021 visit to Oregon, I went down to Trillium Lake, but the wildfires made my attempts at photography less than appealing.

@Princejvstin The last few summers the smoke has really been an issue. Hopefully this just gives you a good reason to return. 😀

@MarkKiverPhotography Even given the other disasters on that trip (flat tire, 2 CF cards dying and only some photos saved, swipe hit and run at Smith Rock State Park), and yes, the smoke, it was a great trip. so yes, I want another run at the PNW
