The cops continued to use their stun guns as the #black man begged for his life stating he had heart problems
@Teela we need to end qualified immunity and permit expert testimony about proper police practices to gain justice for individuals killed by officers.
In California, expert testimony about officer practices is excluded, leaving the jury to try and figure out whether excessive force was used without it.
i agree. i stay busy doing petitions and calling helping our local indivisible get the governor straight.
