@rbreich It doesn’t look like the railroads were able to “afford” to implement safety measures to prevent the derailment disaster that evacuated a town of 5,000 and threatens to contaminate a wider area in eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. They must be (morally) bankrupt.
