@Archnemysis Ah! the words of a baker no doubt. The economic value of the bun is dwarfed by orders of magnitude by the sacrifice, planning and expense of the hot dog.
(and i raise ducks...extra bread is always priority to hooman grub) 
and before any birdsite dinglenartz's chime in....I raise ducks not for food but for fun. I am in Michigan. Draw a 3 mile circle around me and you will hit no fewer than 18 lakes, ponds or substantial bodies of water (including the big one).
And to Canada: Thanks for your geese. They visit me thrice annually and two or three families hatch here every summer. Mean sommmbitches but they just hiss a lot. even when you are the food bank they act all mean but only pull feathers for dominance
