Does no one use privacy screens anymore?

I had to look it up, because I wasn't sure, but emails detailing specific movements of Secretary of the Navy, Carlos Del Toro, were also available for the casual reader. If I were a villian, I could have gained a lot of useful information. Nevermind identifying spearphishing targets.
Perhaps I'm making mountains out of mole hills. That would frankly be fantastic in many ways.
