@shezza_t they came out well I thought (considering our oven is rubbish and nothing gets cooked evenly). Perfect to snack on while we watched the rugby. This time I used a mix of Gruyère & Cornish Jack (think Emmenthal) cos that was what I had in fridge. I do prefer to use comté.

I hear you on the oven thing too: my Mum gave up on pavlovas after she switched to her first fan oven, the results were always disappointing.
@shezza_t this year is definitely the year I get a new oven. I’ve said it so often over the last decade but this year it needs to happen
