They were forbidden from mentioning climate during the trial for demonstrating.

@kevinrns Civil disobedience at its finest. When a law, or judicial ruling, is unjust, you break it and take the consequences to shine a light on the injustice.

Justice, it is awfully Canadian to say, must not only be done, it must be seen to be done.

Those actions and decisions, call the system of Justice itself into question, and that by itself is enough ro waive the trial in its entirety. And bring the law that caused it, into question.

Justice cannot be performed while those are the rules of its execution. One would say.
