Further down in replies on Twitter some are suggesting this may be from an account that likes to "fake it".

I’ll likely pull my post above in a bit, just to be on the safe side.

There was at least one corroborating story with unnamed person; but it’s possible/likely he’s riffing off it.

I’ll leave this reply up for a bit for those who are reading the original to see.

The shifting of what is being shown in our timelines, crypto stalking bots,The army of blue check mark verify users singing praises to its leader, the showing of alt right people clearly blocked on the timeline and many more shenanigans taking place. Twitter support no longer exists. Perfect time for a reset and no longer willing to be in a chaotic battle. #twitter
